Yeah suing a grandpa for $600,000 because his grandson downloaded 4 movies on the net seems proportional and just!
Way to go mpaa!
are they forgeting who ends up padding the pockets of their big fat wallets --> yeah the fans, the music and movie lovers! so back off and go produce something GOOD!
UPDATE:
check the nice offer to settle. They offered to settle the case for $4000 - not sure about you but how many movies have you seen lately that are worth $1000 -- sheesssh!
