just listening to a 2 part podcast from cbc 'ideas' on Organic food.
one guy was talking about a bumper sticker with "eat your view". i like that message. if you eat locally, the agricultural areas around you will get bigger and better. plus you are supporting your community and the food will probably taste better too. this is another step away from our fuel dependency.
saw this blog about a eat locally challenge.
i try to get local produce when available. and to eat seasonally as well. that is why I have been downing tons of corn on the cob.
