Google has just announced a new social networking application, that opens up networking technology. By building on top of existing APIs, Google friend connect merges existing social networking sites. One simply embeds the application into their website, and instantly the website is connected into the network. Your friends can comment on sites, and their messages will be published to you.
I wonder how their news feed works. If a lot of information is coming your way, a tool should intelligently parse out the less relevant stuff.
I prefer the name "Google connect", they should drop the friend.
